Requested: Adho Mukha Svanasana to Adho Mukha Vrkrasana to Urdhva Dhanurasana (As previously demonstrated by Dhyana) to Standing/Tadasana (BTW, is there a name for this difficult transition?), to deep knee bend to a modified Sarvangasana with the hands beside the head, continuing to “roll” in reverse pushing up and back to Chaturanga, Phalakasana, Adho Mukha Svanasana.
