		<description>Absolutely gorgeous...do you come from a break dancing background? :) Alot of people tend to lose awareness and breath when completing inversions - I&#039;m guilty of injury from attempting a handstand without awareness...learned my lesson :)</description>

		<description>Hi Eugene~ Just paying a quick visit to the Digital Asana Project and saw this pike handstand.  Beautiful!  Since I will never master this myself, I &#039;m wondering about your comment on lower back issues - I can&#039;t see that you are loading up in the lower back (but I can see the potential to do that).  The core strength comment is very clear... either one can or cannot hold that pike in handstand (I cannot).  Thanks for a great blog.  m.</description>
